New books piled in heights of their wits Old manuscripts covered in shame of their tattered garments Too many letters to settle scores between words Never done with numbers that have infinitum friendliness Too much to read, so much I bothered not to miss I have read and thought, listened to voices strong enough to Provoke the inks of my pens Yet words are lost between my pens and my papers. Teach me how to write Teach me how not to repeat the lines Take me step after step into your world Show me that beauty hidden in words What have I not seen? What have I not heard? Lust grossly guised with pleats of love, sex sealed to a doleful mess Too many lies wrapped around a truth that cannot be noticed I have carried plenty of pains, hurts and sadness this long Tired of reaching out again with the last drop of faith Consumed by flames of my fears, soaked in the rains of my tears Too much to hate, gossips of how I got laid Teach me how to make love anew Teach me
