Ode to my Inspiration

You were once the feelings of the dew
The rivers of joy flowing inside
The quench of thirst within
The drop of rain on tender skin
Now, you are the tears in my eyes

You were once the beaming light
The brilliant sun of the jealous sky
The steady electron flow in my nerves
The gleam of radiance all over me
Now your light is out

You were once the delight of music
A colony of legible letters
The perfection of a masterpiece
The one word that makes a complete sense
The noun that i always love to pronounce
Now the word is missing

You were once my very best friend
The choicest that matters till the end
My superstition, my dream, my reality
Peace without a missing piece
My completeness without frailty
My survival, my revival, my immortal
And Now your presence is gone

I am a Christian to the extent that I concur with Saint Paul in saying, “And if I have the gift of prophesy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge and have not love, I am nothing”. Unending Love Note

I write on a leafy note with an ink that prints out my thoughts incompletely.
